Free Inspection Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Advanced Recovery of the Midwest Corporation, we are committed to providing timely and professional inspection services to all of our clients. In order to maintain the highest level of service and ensure our technicians’ time is respected, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Required Card on File

To schedule a Free Inspection with Advanced Recovery of the Midwest Corporation, all clients are required to provide a valid credit or debit card to be kept securely on file. This card will not be charged at the time of scheduling and will only be used in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

By providing a card on file, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

•        The card will be stored securely and used only as described in this policy.

•        The card may be charged a cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice.

•        Providing false or invalid payment information may result in the inability to schedule services.

Free Inspection Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Free Inspection appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation Fee: $35.00

A cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged to the card on file if a Free Inspection appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment without incurring a fee, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance using one of the following methods:

•        Phone: Contact our scheduling team directly.

•        Email: Send a cancellation request to our office.

Exceptions

Advanced Recovery of the Midwest Corporation recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at management’s discretion in the case of:

•        Medical emergencies.

•        Severe weather or natural disasters.

•        Other extenuating circumstances as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Client Acknowledgment

By scheduling a Free Inspection with Advanced Recovery of the Midwest Corporation and providing a card on file, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
